Linda Vista Residents Enjoy Green Space

Linda Vista borders the beautiful Tecolote Canyon, Natural Park, one of the largest green spaces in San Diego, CA. In the 1970s, the community banded together to prevent the city from using it for housing and roads. With 900 acres of natural woods and trails, the park is home to a huge variety of bird, small animals, and reptiles. Residents of Linda Vista regularly take advantage of its 6.5 miles of trails for running, walking, hiking and mountain biking. Situated east of Mission Bay, Linda Vista allows its residents easy access to downtown, thanks to both I-5 and Highway 163. Linda Vista means beautiful view, and most properties have just that of the mountains or the distant ocean.
